Juilliard-trained operatic baritone Tim Blevins once starred in opera houses across Europe and on Broadway. Now unhoused on the streets of San Francisco, a chance to reconnect with the children his addiction cost him forces him to face the man he's become.

Blurring documentary with urban nocturne, Figaro Up, Figaro Down follows Tim's voice through the shadows of the city he now calls home as he struggles to return to the people, and the self, he lost.
